1. Is the membership free ?

Yes,the membership is free.The money you hand in to eChinabid is just used as a guaranty for your credit standing in offering qualified items and customer satisfaction on eChinabid.When you drop out,it will be totally refunded to you in 180 days at the most(if there isn't any deduction caused by your own mistake).

2. What are the PrestigeSeller's responsibilities?

  • Always offering qualified items the same as that was described and pictured in listings
  • Shipping items on time

3. As a buyer,if there is something goes wrong in the trading,what should I do ?

The buyer should communicate with seller first.There are many practical possibilities that cause misunderstandings.And as the PrestigeSeller holds higher credit standing in offering qualified goods and customer satisfaction,they would greatly happy to communicate with you about the problem and try their best to resolve it and satisfy you.So,try to resolve the problem with your seller first.If you two can not come to an agreement at last,you can apply for the help from eChinabid angency.The eChinabid angency will investigate the problems.If it's the seller's mistake,the buyer can get the compensation.The basic principle is :
echinabid will give all the money back to the buyer,including the shipping fees if the buyer paid for it.

4. Why the PrestigeSeller holds higher credit standing in offering qualified items and customer satisfaction on eChinabid?

  • PrestigeSellers promise to eChinabid and all the other members that they will always offer qualified items the same as that was described and pictured in listings.
  • eChinabid gives a guaranty on PrestigeSellers' credit standing in selling and offering buyers compensations if the PrestigeSellers don't fullfil their reponsibilities during the dealing.

5. Can I quit from PrestigeSeller program? If so,will all the guaranty money of $5000 refunded to me?

Yes, you can apply for quiting from the program at any time you want.The guaranty money of $5000 will all refunded to you if none of your buyers have plodged any complaint about you.Otherwise, eChinabid will refund the money deducting the buyers' compensation.

Buyers can get their compensation on condition that:

  • The item isn't the same as that was described and pictured in the listings
  • The seller failed to ship the item at the fixed time and caused loss to the buyer

7. Is the dealing process with a PrestigeSeller different from the normal ones?

No,there is no difference in the dealing process.But in the dealing with a PrestigeSeller,the buyer can be much more assured that the transaction will go smoothly.The buyer needn't to worry about the quality of the goods.

8. Can I use the PrestigeSeller logo in my listing description?

Yes, registered PrestigeSellers can use the PrestigeSellers logo in their eChinabid listings or About Me or Store pages or your primary website outside of eChinabid. However, if you would like to use the PrestigeSeller logo in your listings or the other places mentioned above, you must agree to have the your PowerSeller icon displayed next to your feedback score. This will enable other members to identify legitimate PrestigeSellers easier. Any use of the PrestigeSeller logo must also link to the PrestigeSeller program page.

9. Can I opt out of having the PrestigeSeller Icon displayed next to my User ID?

Yes, you can opt out by changing your preferences in My eChinaBid page.
