If you are having trouble logging in to PayPal, first make sure that you are entering your email address and password correctly. Remember, you must use your full email address. Your password is 8 or more characters, and is case-sensitive - check to see if you left your CAPS LOCK on.

If you " forget your password ", you can complete PayPal's password recovery process to gain access to your account. First, click the "Forget your password?" link on the PayPal home page .

Enter any email address registered with your PayPal account and click Submit. PayPal will send you an email that contains a link. When you follow the link, you will be asked to answer questions about your account - information that only you, as the account holder, would know. You may then reset your password and log in to your account.
