You can make a payment or change your payment method at any time.
Just follow these steps:
- Click the pay tab on the top of each page. You can view your account status and current invoice.
- Pay your current fees with one of the payment methods below.

- PayPal: Make a one-time payment using your PayPal account.
- Direct Pay: With Direct Pay, eChinabid will automatically deduct your monthly invoice amount from your checking account on a fixed day of each month. This option is only available to sellers billed in U.S. dollars with U.S. bank accounts. To sign up for Direct Pay , you will need to provide eChinabid with your bank account and routing numbers which are shown on the bottom of your checks.
- One-Time Direct Pay: Make a one-time Direct Pay payment from your checking account. Your payment will be posted to your eChinabid account within two business days.
- Credit Card on File: Each month eChinabid will automatically charge your invoice amount directly to your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card). Your credit card will normally be charged 5 to 7 days after you receive your invoice.
- One-Time Credit Card: Make a one-time payment with your credit card.
- Check and Money Order: Check and money order payments take 7 to 10 business days to process and post to your account. Please remember that this does not include weekends and holidays.
When making payment by check or money order, you must submit a payment coupon along with your check or money order and mail it to the address on the coupon.
Note: eChinabid requires payment in full each month on accounts with balances of $1.00 or more. You will be billed a monthly finance charge of 1.5% or the highest amount permitted by law, whichever is lower, if your account becomes past due. If this happens, your account may be suspended for non-payment, and you may be responsible for collection costs. |
