How do I pay my eChinabid fees?

You can make a payment or change your payment method at any time.

Just follow these steps:

  1. Click the pay tab on the top of each page. You can view your account status and current invoice.
  2. Pay your current fees with one of the payment methods below.
  • PayPal: Make a one-time payment using your PayPal account.
  • Direct Pay: With Direct Pay, eChinabid will automatically deduct your monthly invoice amount from your checking account on a fixed day of each month. This option is only available to sellers billed in U.S. dollars with U.S. bank accounts. To sign up for Direct Pay , you will need to provide eChinabid with your bank account and routing numbers which are shown on the bottom of your checks.
  • One-Time Direct Pay: Make a one-time Direct Pay payment from your checking account. Your payment will be posted to your eChinabid account within two business days.
  • Credit Card on File: Each month eChinabid will automatically charge your invoice amount directly to your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card). Your credit card will normally be charged 5 to 7 days after you receive your invoice.
  • One-Time Credit Card: Make a one-time payment with your credit card.
  • Check and Money Order: Check and money order payments take 7 to 10 business days to process and post to your account. Please remember that this does not include weekends and holidays.

When making payment by check or money order, you must submit a payment coupon along with your check or money order and mail it to the address on the coupon.

Note: eChinabid requires payment in full each month on accounts with balances of $1.00 or more. You will be billed a monthly finance charge of 1.5% or the highest amount permitted by law, whichever is lower, if your account becomes past due. If this happens, your account may be suspended for non-payment, and you may be responsible for collection costs.
