eChinabid recommends that sellers and buyers contact each other within three business days. It is perfectly fine for you to make the first contact with the seller, using the email address provided in the End of Auction email.
If you don't have an End of Auction email, you can:
- Go to My eChinabid by clicking the My eChinabid button at the top of any eChinabid page
- Choose the Bidding/Watching tab
- Go to Items I've Won
- Find the seller's User ID next to the item and click on it

Tip: Remember, many eChinabid sellers keep regular business hours, and some do not respond to emails during the evening, on weekends, on holidays, and so on.
If you cannot contact the seller by email after you purchase an item, or you don't receive a response, you should request the member's contact information and call them. The information you request will be sent directly to the email address you have on file. The seller will also receive your contact information at the same time, so be sure that your information on file is correct. Remember, in order to obtain this information about another member, you have to be involved in a transaction with them.
