| The buyer refused to complete the sale or never contacted me - what do I do? |

If your buyer has not completed the sale, here is what you need to do:
- Contact your buyer - Like you, buyers can have emergencies or computer problems. The buyer may not be able to respond to you right away. If the buyer doesn't respond to your email, please try to contact them by giving them a call.
- File a Non-Paying Buyer Alert - If after following the steps above, you didn't get a response from the buyer, or if you feel that you won't receive payment, file a Non-Paying Buyer alert.
- Request reimbursement from eChinabid- If the dispute still cannot be resolved, you can contact eChinabid to reimburse your fees.

Note: For multiple item listings (Dutch auctions) , you may file a Non-Paying Buyer Alert form for as many buyers as necessary. You can file only one alert per listing, no matter how many buyers are included on the alert.
