If you're using your browser's Back button and seem to be losing the information you already filled in, just click the Refresh link at the top of each Sell Your Item form page. The contents of the form will reappear.
To avoid this problem, move through the Sell Your Item form using the Back and Continue buttons you see at the bottom of each page.
