For example:

• Sellers can request contact information for all bidders in an active listing and for the winning bidder after their item sells.
  
• Bidders can request contact information for a seller during an active listing and in a closed listing that they've won.

  Examples of when you can request another user's contact information:
  

• Buyer has a question about an item description and is unable to contact the seller by email.
  
• Seller wants to verify a bidder by telephone.
  
• Seller needs to compute shipping charges based on the bidder's zip code.
  
• Buyer or seller wants to resolve a listing-related dispute.

  You can only access contact information to facilitate a sale or purchase at eChinabid or as disclosed in eChinabid's Privacy Policy.
