Please note that, depending on the nature of your question, it can take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours to receive a response from Customer Support through email.

In some cases, the Live Help button will appear on prominent eChinabid pages, such as the Home page and Sell Your Item form. Clicking on that button will connect you to a special private chat room, where you can ask an eChinabid representative your question - live!
